Terms & Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This promotion is operated by One More Spin, Sacramento, California ("Sponsor"). Contact: contact@onemorespinwheel.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

1. Free Method of Entry. Visit onemorespinwheel.com and tap "Spin to Win." Each eligible visitor receives one (1) free spin per calendar day at no cost. No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win.
2. Optional Paid Bonus Spins. Visitors may optionally purchase additional "bonus spins" for $1.00, $4.00 (5 spins), or $7.00 (10 spins) via Stripe. Purchased bonus spins use the same outcome probabilities as the free daily spin and do not improve the odds of winning. Purchases are non-refundable once the spin has been executed. Purchases are not required for a chance to win.

4. Odds and Outcomes

Each spin randomly selects one outcome from the wheel. Outcome probabilities are determined by a weighted random table and are approximately: bundled prize win ~20%, "spin again" free bonus ~2%, no-prize outcome ~78%. Odds are the same for free and paid spins. The same probabilities apply to every spin and are independent of prior results.

5. Prizes

• Prizes consist of bundles of near-mint trading cards (e.g., Panini Prizm, Topps, Bowman). Approximate retail value of a single bundle: $10–$40 USD. Exact card contents vary and are described on the prize tile displayed at the time of win.
• Prizes are awarded free of charge. Winner is responsible only for a flat-rate shipping fee, payable by PayPal or Venmo after the winner contacts the Sponsor to claim.
• No substitution or cash equivalent, except at Sponsor's sole discretion if a prize becomes unavailable.

6. Claim Process

1. After a winning spin, the winner has 48 hours to claim the prize by emailing contact@onemorespinwheel.com with their name, shipping address, and the prize won.
2. Sponsor will reply with a flat-rate shipping invoice (PayPal or Venmo). Prize ships within 7 business days after shipping payment is received.
3. Unclaimed prizes (no email within 48 hours) are forfeited and returned to the wheel for future players.

7. Purchase Terms (for Optional Paid Bonus Spins)

• Paid bonus spins are a digital service. Once a purchased spin has been used, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
• Unused, purchased bonus spins may be refunded within 7 days of purchase on request.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. The Sponsor does not store your payment card information.

8. Sponsor Inquiries

Businesses may inquire about sponsoring prize slots at the Bronze, Silver, or Gold tiers described on the home page. Sponsorship is subject to a separate agreement and Sponsor's acceptance.

9. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in shipment.
• All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
• Winners may be required to verify age and address before a prize is shipped.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

13. Changes to the Rules

Sponsor may modify these Rules at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
